System error 21:10 is usually a Service Station failure.
The first thing you could try is "Turn the printer off and allow a few minutes for printer to cool, then turn the printer back on again."
If this does not resolve the error, the Service Station Assembly will most likely need replacing. You can buy this genuine HP part from Rightparts and use your own engineer, or we can replace it on-site in under an hour. Please email for a quotation.
